We are excited and committed to designing and formalizing our long-term strategy and roadmap to ensure that GS aligns with the business drivers of our key partners and stakeholders. This role requires a dynamic personality that can continue to build an Industry leading Project Management Office that identifies and mitigates project risks and inefficiencies, while enabling the business to continue to scale. Design and implement PMO training and tools, guide and improve all project management methods including project scope, documentation, measurements, communication and implementation support.
Global Security Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Create industry leading Project Management Office that mitigates project risk while enabling the business to continue to scale.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of all PMO functions for all Global Security business verticals with multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Design and implement standardized project Management processes and best practices from inception to completion, including project scope, documentation, measurements, communication and implementation support.
  • Manage high level, Global Security and cross-functional projects as a project manager.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of PMI/Agile project management standards and terminologies
  • PMI/PMP or Agile certification
  • Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools and reporting
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at once and ensuring priority of issues and risks
  • Understands projects KPIs and SLAs and knowledge to perform both preparation & analysis of KPIs
  • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
  • Experience influencing and implementing processes, communication skills, leadership skills and self-motivation
  • Experience organizing and capable of managing multiple projects
  • Experience working ethic and high level of discretion
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
  • Experience adapting communication style to suit different audiences
  • Effective facilitation skills, experience facilitating group discussion
  • Action orientated, experience following up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to influence operational changes, drive collaboration and maximize adoption of new ideas, tools and practices
  • Knowledge and desire to collaborate and work with cross functional stakeholders across different time zones
  • Aptitude for learning new terminology quickly
  • Experience working in fast-paced work environments
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail
  • Candid, transparent, dynamic and trustworthy
