The mission of the Partnership Operations Team is to drive reliable and optimized payment processing operations across global partners to enable seamless transactions on Meta’s ecosystem. The Partnership Operations Team is dedicated to operational partner management of our key payment partners, processors, and service providers. This team’s responsibilities include relationship management, investigating, triaging and solving payment processing issues, helping new partner integrations, and influencing internal stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Success in this role will require technical knowledge, strong analytical/critical thinking skills, business acumen and interpersonal ability to manage various partner relationships. Our ideal candidate is passionate about payments, has a track record of influencing change within large organizations, and loves developing people.
Program Manager, Payment Partnership Operations Responsibilities
  • Be a company-level expert and advocate for the Partner Ops team, coordinating across partner teams including Payments Partnerships, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Engineering
  • Investigate reported escalations across multiple channels, while providing timely and accurate responses to our partners
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions to support our global partners
  • Develop and maintain standard internal project and process documentation
  • Drive efficiency, productivity and customer-experience improvements
  • Influence external partners effectively in collaboration with the Payment Partnerships team
  • Become an expert in core risk and support infrastructure, tools, systems, and data
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, business, consulting or related fields
  • 2+ years in the payments industry
  • 2+ years of relationship and / or partner management
  • Experience working in an ambiguous space and driving projects from ideation to launch
  • Knowledge of core payment processing, commerce platforms, and risk systems
  • Experience driving cases through the process of resolution
  • Experience in assessing, analyzing and resolving complicated issues, and distilling that complexity into simple and concise concepts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience problem solving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

$93,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
