We are looking for someone with a creative for performance marketing background, who has worked in a rapidly changing creative industry with retail and ecommerce digital native companies with an entrepreneurial mindset, and has a drive for creative experimentation and learning. Creative Strategist, Automation, Northern Europe Middle East & Africa Responsibilities
  • Continually inspire our clients with high performing creative campaigns on Meta's platform in performance/ecommerce.
  • Work with diverse, cross-functional teams of creative, solution engineers, sales and marketing science experts to refine and scale your high performance creative solutions for maximum impact across Meta’s Platforms
  • Continually work to invent new ways to harness creativity for automation ecommerce/apps whilst driving value for people and communities.
  • Work hands-on to bring ideas to life, from concept to delivery, this is a position for builders/creators
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience gained from working at startups, creative agencies, in-house creative team especially at eCommerce or retailer, independent business with focus on social media eCommerce focus campaigns (Automated Creative/AI Generated Creative/ASC/Performance focus/Amazon)
  • Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, measurement and you are willing to learn new tools and distill creative and performance data into unique insights
  • Entrepreneurial. We’re still only 1% done – this team is inventing everyday and it takes tenacity, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here.
