Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success inspiring teams to exceed revenue goals, excels in navigating change, and is a talented coach for their people. The Team Lead will build and manage a consultative sales team, selling Meta’s platform solutions to mid-tier and emerging advertisers within our Mid-Market organization. This individual will be expected to stay on top of vertical and product trends, and will support their Account Managers by directly meeting with and building relationships with top partners, to help influence clients on strategies and scaling with Meta. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and teams. We are looking for a self-starter who is proactive in bringing ideas for challenges, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and can move quickly to identify winning strategies that can scale across the vertical. They should be comfortable developing and managing to a Vertical Business Plan, driving clarity, focus and accountability for their team.
Team Lead, Services - Mid-Market Responsibilities
  • Build, train and develop a high performing, diverse team of 4+ Account Managers to achieve targets
  • Engage directly with portfolio of clients to accelerate revenue growth
  • Monitor progress against goals and KPIs, coach team around best practices for client interactions, sales and services for Meta
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Stay close to vertical and emerging platform trends, and comfortable making changes to plans to respond to changes in the market
  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta departments, influence key business decisions to optimize productivity and value within the org
  • Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience
  • Be a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion efforts and a driver of team culture
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years leading, coaching or mentoring individuals on quota carrying teams
  • 10+ years marketing and sales experience
  • Experience motivating and leading a team toward exceeding quotas, identifying opportunities to close gaps, and drive successful results for the business
  • Proven experience building relationships with decision makers at clients, brands and agencies
  • Experience leading teams that delivers on multiple projects or programs across regions or business groups
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education Industry experience
  • Basic P+L or financial analyst knowledge
  • Managed / owned C-Suite and Exec relationships

$146,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
