Meta is looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Global Business Group team. The CSM will work with strategic advertisers in Vietnam, who are operating multi-channel, and focus on commerce and brand marketing on the Meta platforms. The position will be based in Singapore. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Solutions Manager, Vietnam Responsibilities
  • Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
  • Understand clients' objectives and the market trends to engage and provide the optimal solutions to the clients
  • Co-develop the account strategy and contribute to the overall vertical / regional strategy
  • Work with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to share, establish and improve best practices and procedures
  • Work directly with key clients as a Facebook advertising expert
  • Educate clients on Meta’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices
  • Help clients and other team members find new, better methods for planning, managing and implementing Facebook ad campaigns
  • Be a pillar of knowledge within the team on Meta advertising products and methodologies
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management and/or data analysis role
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically about complex issues on a macro and micro level, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
  • Ability to spot trends/patterns and identify marketing opportunities in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks
  • Knowledge in Vietnam market and language fluency in Vietnamese are essential as the role required to manage business strategy and communication in local language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experiences
