ASIC Engineer, Design Responsibilities
  • Work on architecture exploration and micro-architecture development.
  • Perform RTL development using Verilog, System Verilog and HLS.
  • Utilize knowledge of Lint, CDC, Synthesis, and Power Optimization.
  • Perform soft and hard IP identification, selection, and integration.
  • Collaborate with verification and emulation teams in test plan development and debugging.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to close the design on timing and power.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted. Requires 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience involving the following skills:
  • 1. Silicon development
  • 2. First-pass success in ASIC Development
  • 3. Verilog or System Verilog
  • 4. Micro-architecture and RTL development for complex control and data path IPs, SoC micro-architecture, design and integration, implementation, or power methodology development
  • 5. Logic synthesis and optimization
  • 6. Physical Design (ECO) and
  • 7. Hardware/ASIC lab debug and bring up.

$263,714/year to $287,650/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
