Meta’s Reality Labs Research (RL-R) brings together a world-class team of researchers, developers, and engineers to create the future of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR). The eye tracking team within RL-R is working on research to enable eye tracking for everyone everywhere, which is key to enabling many groundbreaking experiences. In this role, you will join a team of software and research engineers to collaborate with research scientists, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and user experience designers. You will learn constantly, dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies, and embrace the ambiguity of AR/VR problem solving. Together, we are going to build cutting-edge prototypes, technologies, and toolsets that can define a paradigm shift in how we interact with our surroundings. This role will focus on developing software that integrates with research hardware for data capture, synchronization, digital signal processing, and real-time visualization.
